The silouhetted buildings, smokestacks, and cranes make a jumbled and pleasant composition of angles and hard shapes. The smoke counters the hard shapes just right. The only thing I might recommend is to crop off the ?? whatever it is on the left. There's not enough of it to identify and it distracts from the rest of the composition.
