bender73 Posted November 21, 2014 Share #1 Posted November 21, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) For $100 on ebay, this is a great little flash. Looks nice. Fits the M nicely and looks very cool. Slap it in "A" mode and match the aperture with the flash. 1/60 to 1/250 works perfectly and it is nice to be in a super dark room with an M8 at ISO 160 and get really clean photos. I love the M8 since I got it last week and now I love it even more! If anyone is on the fence, just get the SF 20. Best flash for $100 and that is cheap for having a red dot and made in Germany. Advertisement Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Hi bender73, Take a look here Got the SF 20 Flash for the M8. Works great!. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
hamey Posted November 23, 2014 Share #2 Posted November 23, 2014 Yes I agree, I originally bought it for my M7 when it was intruduced, not using it much I thought of getting rid off it, one dealer wouldn't give me much for it as in his view not suitable for Digital so not worth much, so I Decided to keep it, well I am glad I did, works great on the M240. bocaburger Posted November 23, 2014 Share #3 Posted November 23, 2014 Just a point of info for prospective buyers, the SF24 allows a wider choice of auto apertures than the SF20 did. I got both my 24's from KEH for $150 each in BGN condition (meaning, a couple scratches on the shell). The SF20 is a good second choice though.
