pauledell Posted October 24, 2014 Share #2 Posted October 24, 2014 Ece, An easy shot to look at. The red clad chef is taking a coke break in front of a dress shop. Nice colors, sharpness and framing. Paul
newnew Posted October 24, 2014 Share #3 Posted October 24, 2014 Ece, A nearly surrealistic capture with great distribution of color and forms. I like the vanishing robes in the shade.

allamande Posted October 25, 2014 Author Share #7 Posted October 25, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Paul, Ali, Louis, Ben, and Ingrid, Thank you for taking a look and for your comments. As always, it means a lot to me to hear your feedback. Ali, it's interesting that you picked up on this element too. I see it like a black hole. Louis, I think this guy is too far gone for Coke Zero to help . Still, I love your observation! Ingrid, if you are asking why I shot this scene, it is because I felt an urge to do so while walking past this spot; it felt surreal, from the fat chef peddling a Coke to the "glamorized" women trapped in windows with babies surrounded by ruffles in rainbow colors, and a black hole in the middle, beckoning the passer-by to take a chance! I had to record it. In a way, the scene does tell a broader story of its tiime and place with some accuracy. Ece
