DigitalHeMan Posted October 19, 2014 Share #21 Posted October 19, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Well yes, but how does dust from the floor get in a camera held open side up? By using the vacuum cleaner that has presumably also been used to clean the floor, as Rich suggests . And a trick is to hold a vacuum cleaner hose as close to the lens opening as possible. That seems to help getting rid of the dust I've loosened.

lanetomlane Posted October 22, 2014 Share #24 Posted October 22, 2014 I've been using a sticky sensor cleaner that Jaap recommended, think it's an Eyelead and have found it to be the best solution. Providing you don't use too much force I can't see it being any more risky in operation than a wet clean. _______________________ Regards, Tom

Alberti Posted October 26, 2014 Share #26 Posted October 26, 2014 .. while Brown would agree. Brownish movement is a good description of the movement across the sensor between pictures
