Advertisement Posted May 6, 2007 Posted May 6, 2007 Hi mountainboy, Take a look here first time picture upload. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
zanydave Posted May 6, 2007 Share #2 Posted May 6, 2007 David, composition & colours are good. The image lacks sharpness, not sure if this is camera shake or the fact that it has been cropped from the original. Dave

The original RAW file looks OK to me. I must admit when I saved for web it looks compressed and nothing like the sharp images that are posted. andybarton Posted May 6, 2007 Share #4 Posted May 6, 2007 It's only 168kb, so you could go for a lesser compression, which would help.

I'll try to upload it. Sorry about this but I would like to get this right so I can post in future
andybarton Posted May 6, 2007 Share #6 Posted May 6, 2007 If you want it to display here, you need to make it a jpg, and <240k
steve kessel Posted May 6, 2007 Share #7 Posted May 6, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) David, I like the composition which is very simple but telling, with the four receding planes across the frame, each with its own rich colouring. Keep posting. Thanks. Steve
jotam Posted May 11, 2007 Share #8 Posted May 11, 2007 I like the way this photograph is constructed in several plans... José
jmr Posted May 11, 2007 Share #9 Posted May 11, 2007 David, a strong shot when seen less compressed. As Andy says, you need to post jpeg under 244k - the results can be very good, once you figure out how to do it
hdg Posted May 12, 2007 Share #10 Posted May 12, 2007 .... o.k. and the size should be 900 x 600 px. Regards Hans (R9+DMR and D-Lux 3)
