While I am not entirely opposed to children playing with toy guns (I did just that when I was a child) the modern culture requires a more sensible approach and that child in the picture doesn't need a toy assault rifle in public places. It is showing a typical situation with those onlookers, nobody stopping the mischievous boy with the gun. It is really difficult to set the limits of play and reality-show or clear up this mixed situation. For one thing you lose the differentiation between the "statue" and real people.I was carrying both the 240 and the Monochrom and colour was a conscious choice.
