Joakim Posted August 19, 2014 Share #2 Posted August 19, 2014 Great article but it is about so much more than the M 240, worthwhile read for anyone into photography.
Dannybuoy Posted August 19, 2014 Share #3 Posted August 19, 2014 Great read Thorsten. It nicely sums up how I feel about photography at the moment. Having given up chasing the dream of doing photography full time, having 2 kids and taking a full time career/desk job my focus had become to grasp every moment of free time I have to shoot photos and capture the world around me. I'm time poor now I have 2 young children so they have become my main subjects as I become more acquainted with the M240. I'm definitely trying to tell a story and capture emotions more these days. It sounds clichéd but the Leica really does help to aid in achieving that emotion I believe. I feel more direct with controlling the camera that it's not in the way of the subject before me. So many other cameras get that so wrong. I know, I know, it's not about the camera ;-) Carry on the great writing!
