Photoskeptic, perhaps it’s possible to adapt your Nikon lens 2.5 - 105 mm Ai to your M-240 with this Novoflex Adapter LEM/NIK NT Please have a look at https://www.novoflex.com/index.php and ask other owners of Leica-M-240 and Nikon lenses. The photo was taken by M8.2 and an old Nikkor-P.C. 2.5 - 105 mm ltm lens, which has an M39-screw mount.
