Synergist Posted August 3, 2014 Share #1 Posted August 3, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) As of this morning, the image on my EVF 2 is totally blurred - using manual or auto focus. No problems when looking at the X Vario screen, other than not being able to see much in the sunlight... Has anyone experienced this? I have shut down the camera, removed the battery, remounted the EVF a few times, checked the contacts etc, all to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks. As soon as I take out most of my cameras one of my first checks is the realtive position of the diopter adjustment reference point. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
2wk Posted August 7, 2014 Share #5 Posted August 7, 2014 I have also had my EVF go double vision on me a couple times. The colors look like 3D glasses and the Leica Logo was a blue dot! dennyg Posted August 9, 2014 Share #6 Posted August 9, 2014 Mine is always getting banged around. Either from rubbing in the bag or moving it from the M to the X Vario. A little trick I found keeps me from having to refocus it at inconvenient times is to use a soft lead pencil to put a mark opposite the index pip on the rubber ring. It is inconspicuous and can easily be removed. Just move the ring to the mark before I begin shooting and all is well. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
