And I managed to lose the front lens cap while wandering around Dartmoor Nat. Park a few weeks ago. I'm keeping my eye on ebay and B&H, but nothing has come up so far. Does anyone know a good supplier for such items, either in the USA or abroad? I've seen a couple of hoods and caps for sale for the 1st version of the lens, but as far as I know, that won't fit on the 2nd version. Â Thanks a lot! bull40 Posted July 8, 2014 Share #4 Â Posted July 8, 2014 In the States, I use and/or trust (for Leica R items in varying levels of trust,) B&H, KEH, Adorama, Tamarkin in Chicago, and Sam at Classic Connection. Call and speak with Tamarkin and Sam in person. They're both great at locating special requests. I would also check with Leica Service NJ, I'm not sure what support they're offering these days for R.
