Is there a way I can ensure I don't lose my money? All the ads are for cameras that are abroad so I have to send the money and then send me the camera... A bit of to & fro conversation with the vendor is worthwhile and usually reassuring, but use PayPal. Even if the vendor passes on the PayPal charges it's worth the peace of mind.
