luigi bertolotti Posted June 8, 2014 Share #2 Posted June 8, 2014 It happens... a golden rule when use LTM adapters is that is better to mount the LTM lens on it with a significant strength, so that when you dismount the lens, you keep lens+adapter as a single solid unit: when the adapter rests on the body, you have two ways : 1) mount a LTM lens, force it, dismount (easy, but can work not) 2) (better, but not possible with some 3rd party adapters) Leitz adapters have some cutouts along the external diameter (typically, one "long" and the other a small semicircle) : with a proper wrench , you can use them to apply the right force to dismount the adapter (taking due care not to touch the body) ...
