canlogic Posted April 29, 2007 Share #1 Posted April 29, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) I have read over time the different problems with the batteries but haven't seen this one yet. Sometimes but not always my meter will never change from a full charge, the camera just dies and I have to change the battery. Usually it will happen if I use the camera lightly over a few days or a week. I may take 100 shots one day then not use it for a day or 2 then take 20 or 30 then not use it for a day etc etc. This is the scenario I just went through and the indicator just kept showing full. yesterday I take it out for a shot, took 1 then nothing camera dead. As you say, switching batteries brought the camera back and the battery I took out appeared to charge normally. V1.102 firmware. I don't recall seeing that happen in earlier versions.
