kape06111 Posted May 19, 2014 Share #1 Posted May 19, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello, is any of you using one of the eyefi cards products (Pro X2 or Mobi) on the leica M240. Just wondering if they work properly on the M. They are not listed in the comapatibility matrix. I asked the Eyefi customer service and they answer me, that this camera is not listed, becaused they didn´t tried it, so they cannot confirm the compatibilty. Any comment or answer would be helpful. jdlaing Posted May 19, 2014 Share #5 Posted May 19, 2014 I use an Eye Fi pro on my M240 from time to time. Works well but start up time is a little slower than other cards I use. The M240 factory baseplate has a plastic insert right over the card slot that helps transmission.
rirakuma Posted May 19, 2014 Share #6 Posted May 19, 2014 I have the pro X2 and it works flawlessly with the M240, it is a tad slow though.
sydkugelmass Posted May 20, 2014 Share #7 Posted May 20, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Pro X2 on M. Works ok but slowly and within no more than 3-4 feet radius. Battery drain is also very high, especially when uploading to the pc.
Karaminder Posted May 24, 2014 Share #8 Posted May 24, 2014 32gb Mobi works well to my iPhone. Wish the write/read speed of the card was faster though.
