Mike Rawcs Posted April 17, 2014 Share #1 Posted April 17, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) if I set My M240 to shoot Raw + Jpeg Fine and the Jpeg to capture B&W; does the histogram show the results for the Raw image or the Jpeg? Or is it the same for both files? Thanks, Mike.
Advertisement Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 Hi Mike Rawcs, Take a look here Histogram is it Raw or Jpeg?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
jaapv Posted April 17, 2014 Share #2 Posted April 17, 2014 Jpg, for a fraction of time the embedded one, then a generated one. Also if you shoot raw only. The only digital M to show a raw histogram is the Monochrom.

algrove Posted April 17, 2014 Share #4 Posted April 17, 2014 Jaap beat me to it, but the MM histogram is the most fascinating one I have ever seen with zones marked off across the entire bottom of the screen and in RAW! I could be wrong, but that might be the only camera to display the histogram in RAW (DNG).
