It is showing such a typical behaviour, people gazing on their smartphones that they do not notice what's going on around them. Against the backrop it is getting into an interesting context. What I liked about it was the postures and behaviour of the workmen against the backdrop. So from left to right 1. getting something to of pouch 2. seems to be eating 3. Eating and has noticed me 4. reading label on what is probably some sort of energy drink.
