Advertisement Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Hi A miller, Take a look here I stopped for some BOEKH on my way back from Leica in NJ. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
pauledell Posted March 28, 2014 Share #2 Posted March 28, 2014 Adam, I like the composition, the tones, bokeh and the visual effect that the weeds swaying in the air creates. Paul
A miller Posted March 28, 2014 Author Share #3 Posted March 28, 2014 Adam, I like the composition, the tones, bokeh and the visual effect that the weeds swaying in the air creates. Paul Many thanks, Paul. My only editing was to add an Ilford 3200 ISO grain emulsion in Silver Efex Pro. I thought that this added a lovely sandpaper flare to this image, which in a way contrasts with the creamy bokeh, but in my view does so very effectively. Thanks again! A miller Posted March 30, 2014 Author Share #7 Posted March 30, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Many thanks, everyone, for you kind comments. I pulled over to the shoulder of the highway on my way back to NYC from Allendale last week and literally walked through this brush search from some interesting shots with my Monochrom. This is one of my favorites. The high grain against the bokeh reminds me of sandpaper. I think I may send this to printing to see how well the single leaf in focus pops. If it indeed does, I think this may be a keeper. Thanks again! Adam
