pauledell Posted February 1, 2014 Share #2 Posted February 1, 2014 Bob, Old boats and barges seem to make excellent subjects due to their beat-up condition. and this is no exception. A great shot of the decrepit old vessel. Paul

Torgian Posted February 4, 2014 Share #6 Posted February 4, 2014 This is all my opinion, and being an amateur I don't know as well as others. Looking at it just on its own, I feel like I would have taken a step or two back, in order to get the anchoring post on the upper left fully into the frame. (I don't know what those are actually called... one would think I would after having been in the Navy for 8 years...) Otherwise, it seems like a nice picture. rpsawin Posted February 5, 2014 Author Share #7 Posted February 5, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thanks again, all. Torgian: I had to do a tight crop on the left edge of the photo and it cut the anchor cleat a bit. There was a coil of blue rope and an orange bucket I cropped out as it was way too distracting.
