You select the Profile tab and tick the box for Enable Profile Corrections. Depending on the exif you should have a starting point of the Leica body you were using and you can select the correct lens if it's not already in the list. If your list is not populated with Leica options there is Adobe Lens Profile Downloader available on line. You can also make your own profiles is you have time on your hands!
