Marct40 Posted January 1, 2014 Share #1 Posted January 1, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Having recently purchased a M240, and very happy with it, however there are a couple bugs, one causes the split focusing screen to stop focusing, cured by taking the battery out and reinserting and a more recent one where I could go in and change the film type settings to vivid and smooth colour film etc but NOT black and white. Both these issues happen sporadically and occasionally and always fixed by taking out the battery. Does anyone else have these issues?. Latest firmware is installed from the factory Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

It's easy to do.
baryon Posted January 1, 2014 Share #3 Posted January 1, 2014 I had the same issue with black and white not selectable. Solved it by reset to factory defaults. I am on latest firmware.
pop Posted January 1, 2014 Share #4 Posted January 1, 2014 The rangefinder failure has been explained in your other thread. The rangefinder is a purely opto-mechanical device. If you can't see the double image, it's because the window in front of the camera is occluded.
