Tom Barry Posted December 26, 2013 Share #1  Posted December 26, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was among those crossing the downtown pedestrian bridge over Lady Bird Lake in Austin who stopped to gape at this enormous graffito that seemed to have appeared overnight on the nearby railroad bridge. The question I have is: How did the "artist(s)" manage to complete the work, which must have taken hours upon hours, with lighting if done at night, without being caught and stopped?  Welcome, dear visitor!
