It's under the topplate, engraved on the chassis, needs a technician but it's worth...

Just for your information - waiting for the confirmation of the number engraved on the chassis - "your" Monté en Sarre looks genuine to me. Here are the serials of the four Monté en Sarre in my former Fontenelle Collection : 359101 (in 1986), 359135 (in 1983), 359293 (in 1987) and 359305 (in 1987). Especially noticeable is the fact that they ALL had "sharkskin" body covering.

Yes I have number 359134 and when you remove the top cover there the serial number is obvious. That is the only sure way to know if it is a real one. My lens number is 774196 (1950) that is in the expected range for the original clens suplied with the camera but who knows as lenses are too portable and seldom stay with the original camera in the long run.
