Here is a question for you: Is photos like this where I ask the model still "Street", or should I post elsewhere (I would think perhaps not strictly "Street" ?)?

Anyway, yet another great looking Roman. I have started to put together some of my photos from Roma in a sort of feelgood series and added geolocation.

I personally don't like these "Take photo, mister!" pictures too much. In your flickr series are some much better ones. The "Umbrella showdown" for instance or even "Roma Stree 3-3, 3-4, 3-5".

(My personal sight: Some of your pictures are a little bit too much HDR manipulated and loose a part of their authenticity that way)

nice shot, got my "like" for it.

i'd rather put it in "portrait" as it says more about your model and where he works (or whatever else he has to do with this nice place) than just any picture.

in contrast to that a "street" picture (for me) shows a situation or place with something interesting happening, which in some way would have some kind of meaning or message in the general meaning without mattering who (as a person) is being shown and what his name is.

i ask myself: "could i name the pictuere after the model (like: "Luigi")?" - then it's a portrait.

"could this happen to anyone?" then it's street.

but that sure is not a general definition. it's just my opinion.
