previlo Posted October 5, 2013 Share #1 Posted October 5, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi there, I got a question for the folks who are affected by the M8/ 8.2 coffee stain issue (the brownish/ color shift of the rear LCD): Is this defect getting worse over time, or does it stay the same? In other words is this only "annoying" or will it become larger and larger (and change color or even worst make LCD pixels unusable) so that you can not use the LCD screen anymore (I am not so much worried about accurate review of a picture, more concerned about not been able to change menu/ settings of the camera)? Any experiences/ feedback you would be able to provide? Thanks in advance!

doolittle Posted October 5, 2013 Share #3 Posted October 5, 2013 Purely cosmetic. If it bothers you enough get on to Leica Solms and they should offer you a discount on an upgrade to another M digital camera.
