M9reno Posted October 2, 2013 Share #1 Â Posted October 2, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'd be grateful if someone pointed me in the direction of the famous Hahne list, which I have never been able to find, but would be interested in having as a reference resource. Thanks.
Advertisement Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Hi M9reno, Take a look here Hahne List. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
UliWer Posted October 2, 2013 Share #2  Posted October 2, 2013 The "Hahne Liste" was published as " Band I - Gewindekameras 1925-1960" zusammengestellt und bearbeitet von Willy Hahne, Leverkusen" (Volume I -Screwmount Cameras 1925 - 1960 collected and edited by Willy Hahne, Leverkusen) by Leica Historica e.V. in Mai 1978. Leica Historica e.V. Deutschland  Unfortunately the list is sold out and a reprint doesn't seem to be ahead. You might have luck with some patience if you searched for it in the buy&sell-section of this forum. Chances are not high but you might find it on the "Fotobörse Solms" at 11/30 this year: Solmser Fotob
M9reno Posted October 2, 2013 Author Share #3 Â Posted October 2, 2013 This has to be one of the scarcest books ever. I'll sooner find a Leica 250 with Motor, it seems! But thank you for the information!
sabears Posted October 3, 2013 Share #4 Â Posted October 3, 2013 I have the Hahne list and I say to you, beware, because it is not so reliable as one thinks: there are a number of mistakes, it depends on what you are looking for. The reason: it was made many years ago and never updated. Â kind regards.
M9reno Posted October 3, 2013 Author Share #5 Â Posted October 3, 2013 Doubtless an updated version would be useful, and I wonder why no one seems to have undertaken this. Â I will keep checking bookfinder.com, but finding a copy seems impossible even there.

M9reno Posted October 5, 2013 Author Share #8 Â Posted October 5, 2013 Thanks, Chris. I was under the impression that Bookfinder (a bit like Google, but for books) automatically searched all other engines.
chris_livsey Posted October 5, 2013 Share #9 Â Posted October 5, 2013 Thanks, Chris. I was under the impression that Bookfinder (a bit like Google, but for books) automatically searched all other engines. Â So was I, but found that wasn't always the case, no idea why. Two more clicks is probably worth it. Why you can't store a search and have notify a la E-bay I don't know it is tedious going back and fwd. If there is one I have missed it. Don't forget to add a search to the bay as well for some reason I find them less on there occasionally than from those sites, perhaps they deduct the commission or whatever the deal is?
