saxman777 Posted September 13, 2013 Share #1 Posted September 13, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi guys. I am heart broken. Got my M240 last week, had a play with it and everything is fine. Today, I took it out to shoot, and the photos, videos and live view exhibits fuzzy photos with heavy streaks with weird colors and exposures. I am sure it's not electromagnetic disturbances and I've tested it in various condition. Anyone had this problem before? Here are some samples. Welcome, dear visitor! I am sure it's not electromagnetic disturbances and I've tested it in various condition. Anyone had this problem before? Here are some samples. Sent from my iPad using Forum Runner I saw something like this when my batteries were not yet recharged 3-4 times. I shoot in compressed DNG and didnt care about sharpness settings as these presumably affected jpg only. However to test sharpness in play-mode, it occurred to me that the display probably used jpg and thus perhaps could be improved in the highest enlargement, if sharpness was set to high. However astonishning false colors and bands resulted, somewhat like seen in your sample. This is all gone now, as my batteries start to run according to mature specifikations. Steamboatbob53 Posted October 3, 2013 Share #5 Posted October 3, 2013 Early failure on the sensor/motherboard. Return to Leica for replacement. Agreed; send it back to Leica. This is exactly what happened to my first TWO Hasselblad H3D-II-31MP digital bodies. There's a reason I sold my digital Hassy gear (was hoping not to see it on the M240 as I have one on the way.)
