jaapv Posted September 9, 2013 Share #1 Posted September 9, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I had not figured out a real use for the red framelines until now: I have set the colour to red for my user profiles, so I will notice immediately if the camera has reverted to the rather lame default setting I have four user profiles: The normal basic setting, with auto-ISO etc A low-light one, A long lens one An ISO 200 one with JPG added to be able to print directly on my Selphy. 01af Posted September 9, 2013 Share #3 Posted September 9, 2013 So you're using the red frameline colour as your new standard, only to see when you inadvertently switched back to the camera's default profile!? Yikes!
jaapv Posted September 9, 2013 Author Share #4 Posted September 9, 2013 I'll see if I can get used to it. I think I can, I do not dislike the red. Anyhow I prefer offending my personal esthetic standards to spoiling a shot
mboerma Posted September 9, 2013 Share #5 Posted September 9, 2013 Jaap, Where I like the red framelines is in the dark. It leaves less of a "burn" on my retina than the white ones. Your use of the color as a notifier is very inventive.
