dwbell Posted September 8, 2013 Share #1 Posted September 8, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) More options for slowest shutter than 1x focal length. I'd like the manual input to be lens specific, not generic, and I'd like 1.5x and 2x available as additional generic options. The increased res of the M240 see's me struggling at 1/60 with a 50mm FL, also with the 75mm the camera chooses 1/60? It needs to round UP at least! If you look at the raw exif you will see it will not be 1/60 at 75mm .... but 1/69 or something. The camera does choose a speed fairly close to the 1/F ...... but then rounds the displayed speed up or down to the nearest displayable. I too was initially exasperated by this, but in reality I don't miss any more shots with shake than I did before...... We need the Manual Dial set speed + variable ISO that was on the M9...... there have been sufficient moans about this that it is possible Leica will bring it back as a menu option. A multiplier of 1/F as you suggest wouldn't be hard to implement either.....
jaapv Posted September 9, 2013 Share #3 Posted September 9, 2013 I would like a firmware setting to shut off the default user in the user settings. Or the ability to modify the default.
