arthury Posted April 8, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted April 8, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Visited Zion National Park last week and dropped by Lake Powell Recreational Area to view the dam. They still have the 911 gitters and all of us were scanned and searched before we entered the visitors center located right above the Dam. Artichoke Posted April 10, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted April 10, 2007 and the inclusion of the person to the extreme right gives a fine sense of perspective it is a pity that 911 has changed matters for photographers, but I am delighted you were able to capture this fine structure gorgeous photograph with fine details & subtle tonality ...a BW treatment might be fascinating

flavio Posted April 11, 2007 Share #6 Â Posted April 11, 2007 Arthur, VERY good memories. I was 28, at that time and we drove for 14.800 km in 5 weeks going around USA from east to west and back, through nord and middle, national parks, lakes, big town and micro village. What a wonderful Country! Powell lake is one of my favorite as well as Yosemite, Yellowstone and Zion. Â Thanks again, Arthur. I'll try to find out my old slides, buried somewhere in home.
