Hey guys,

Okay first post and thanks in advance for anyone who helps. I have a Craigslist potential buy for a IIIc that the guy is still deciding the price, he is likely going to land around 200-300 I'm thinking. He hasn't posted pics but has texted a few to me. The photos are horrendously blurry but even with them being blurry I should be able to see smething of an ID on the front of the lens. Only this lens doesn't have any markings there so I have tried to ID by shape. No luck there either. I'm thinking it is a common 50mm collapsible but I can't find a similarly shaped lens, especially one with no inner barrel ID. Also i can see aperture markings at 4.5 and 3.2? That is very strange as well. So I'm thinking it is either very rare or it is a common 50 with the front element taken off. But what do the experts think? The following posts will have the pics.

Thanks,

Ken
