Photoshop CC - VRAM issue

I have just updated to Photoshop CC. When running it for the first time, I have got the messaged "Minimum VRAM 512 MB - you may need to update your video card driver" On my MacBookPro, I believe the maximum available is only 229 MB as shown in the PS preferences. The VRAM is not upgradable on an MBP nor is the video card as it is integral on the main logic board being a NVIDIA GeForce 9400M, with a total of 256 MB RAM.

Any suggestions other than getting a new Mac. I am wondering if it matters as the extra VRAM may only be required for 3D rendering, which I will not be using. Photoshop CC seems to be working OK and I am not getting the message on subsequent openings.
