How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2480 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “c

This one was interesting. I snapped the photo, and the guy comes over to me because he was uncomfortable being photographed. That is, he was uncomfortable until he saw that I had a Leica camera in hand. Then it was okay. Lovely.

Tube-Station Düsseldorf 

 

It was a photographic accident, that turned out to be a cool photo. I didn't change the ISO from 6400 - 400, when i laid my camera on the floor.

I'm back from a vacation in Denmark. This guy "lives" in the Moesgard Museum near Arhus. If you ever happen to go near there, I would strongly recommend a visit. This museum is awesome, from its architecture to the exhibitions. I would rate it 5 stars and our children where thrilled.

Yes, these figures are made very well. They have the "Stair of evolution", from "Lucy" to the modern man with seven different figures, and all are absolutely lifelike. Made me think of the "Night in the Museum" movies :)

 

Wow. Installation must have been a headache.

 

Indeed, as the boy is five meters tall...

Log along the bottom of Purisma Creek. In the winter, Purisma Creek is full, and the water flows over the rock and etches the log. In the summer, the water level goes down and the patterns in the log become visible. X Vario, ISO 400, 46mm, f/8, 5 seconds.
