You might consider putting some photos of the rising water both here & in Barnack's Bar thereby creating places where people can share their photos of the rising waters in France & in the rest of Europe. The newspapers here say that the authorities in Paris have already begun removing important things to protect them from the water. It would be interesting to know what is going on, first hand, from people who are where this is happening. It seems from here that the water is a serious problem in a number of Countries. There was a group of about 15 young French kids racing and sliding around the wet pavement all around me.
