Have loads of scanning to do and keep me busy for a while...  Best regards, Jean-Marc.  Very interesting, Jean Marc. I envy your diverse world travel experience.     I was looking into the prism finder for my SWC, I opted for the 6X6 Voigtlander Angle Finder instead....thinking I'd be using it more often.  I carry my SWC around with me a fair amount and usually shooting in un-controlled scenarios most of the time.  The angle finder gets me some pretty cool street perspectives without having to crouch, slouch, twist my neck, or get my knees and clothes dirty.  For the un-controlled scenarios, I zone focus; for larger, deeper, landscapes I've just used hyper-focal focusing.  I love this camera, such a joy to hold and shoot, but a little tricky to get used to.  I've gotten a lot better at judging distance to subject the more I use it. It definitely takes a little time to get used to having no focus/metering visuals.  Thanks for the insights, Marc. I have seen that voightlander finder before but never tried it. I do much more controlled situation shooting with my swc and in cases in which the focusing has significant foreground will tend to just go ahead and use the prism finder. I initially used an old NC-2 and have just bought an RMFX 180, which is light as a feather and gives a view that is not flipped vertically (though it is flipped horizontally). The clarty of the old NC-2 is a bit better in my experience although the weight difference of the RMFX is quite substantial.

christoph_d Posted May 5, 2016 Share #14816  Posted May 5, 2016 Wattsy  I particularly enjoy "Peterhouse" and "Glastonbury Tor". The overflowing light in the first one is delicious, and the windswept color of the gowns in the second well communicates the general atmosphere I remember from Glastonbury Tor. One can hardly imagine nowadays that Glastonbury was once a place of pilgrimmage comparable to Santiago de Compostela...  Rgds  C.
