honcho Posted April 11, 2016 Share #13805 Posted April 11, 2016 I found several rolls of Fujicolor C200 on a shelf in the office, all well over three years out of date. They were freebies that Jessop's used to give away when you collected your processed films from their minilabs and which I never bothered to use. I have recently acquired a 28mm f2 summicron asph, so I decided to try the C200 film with it yesterday. Film processed today by a local Boots 1hr process only service at £5.99, including all their usual scratches, dust and drying marks. Some things never change! Nice temperature inversion at Curbar in the Peak District yesterday morning: Leica MP 28mm f2 summicron asph Fujicolor C200 (over exposed +1 stop: 100iso) Welcome, dear visitor! gsgary Posted April 11, 2016 Share #13810 Posted April 11, 2016 (edited) Been there many times when I lived in Cornwall Sent from my SM-G903F using Tapatalk Well here's one of my mistakes, last night i was mixing some Rodinal 1+25 500ml, halfway through my wife called me to look at a holiday cottage that we may rent in June after looking i went back and started to develope a roll of Foma 400, 2/3rds of the way through i noticed 200ml of water in my measuring jug which meant i had 20 ml of Rodinal in only 300 ml of water so just over half was submerged between agitation quick thinking and i turn the Paterson developing tank upside down and did a constant swirl for the last 1.5 minutes The negative should have been pale on the top 1/3rd but some how i got away with it on all but 2 negatives Fuji GW690 Edited April 11, 2016 by gsgary

honcho Posted April 11, 2016 Share #13812 Posted April 11, 2016 Anyone of a certain age who remembers Roger Dean's record sleeve artworks in the early 70's, especially those used on various albums by Yes, would have been humming 'Close To The Edge' on Curbar Edge yesterday.
