I certainly prefer the undoctored version Henry but I suppose if it is possible to get away with a 'white' vignette, a wedding photograph is the most suitable subject. :)

Ilford or Kodak ? I think Ilford :)

PS:  I did not understand the previous comment. vignette ? :)

Kodak, Henry. :)  BW400CN.

Regarding the previous comment, I was just saying that I prefer the straight version without the reverse vignette affect (the lightening around the edges).

Back to the M6 and 50mm and XP2.

Another test shot by the Zürich lake, which proved that I should have brought my 90mm Elmarit with me and shot this at a different angle; and wait for that foggy day, and make it a long exposure. Anyways, I cropped the test shot to take out the landscape on the far shore.

I might reshoot with the 50mm anyway. In fog!

Not the most exciting content but I like how film captured the glistening wet pavement with bicycle/buggy tracks, the feeling of a rainy day.

Hi Cron , exactly film can well reproduced this "real" wet atmosphere , not digital, like fog with microdroplets of water.

Digit smooth pixels due to the camera photo software  ... and give a smooth appearance. Not the same rendering as film because of grain .

Ric can also testify for me :)

Thanks for sharing

Very nice picture of this rainy day for the 2 pigeons and the walker :D

and you are welcome Cron

Happy New Year to you

Since this thread is all about film, I dug through a swag of trannies, old library slides that had been returned. Quite a moving experience, seeing all those old images.

The Minolta scanner is gone, I've passed it on. This is "scanned" with the Leica T, and BEOON, plus 50 Summicron collapsible. (I need to try this old lens against the Apo Rodagon enlarging lens sometime)

My brother, does leadlighting as a hobby, taken perhaps 25 years ago.

Agfa RS100 Plus film.
