MP,  CZ C-Sonnar 50/1,5; KG200 @ 160.      Slightly underexposed, it was really dark.

Straight lines and a Sonnar lens are a courageous combination … but it seems to work out fine here. Looks like a photogenic ambience.

Is it this what you get with all those earthquakes you have?

The optical shimmering here really has me going. No kidding, the floor is absolutely FLAT, but whoever decided on the "paint scheme" is definitely subversive and hellbent on shaking things up. It's totally "Bain Dramage."

One from the "cameras I could wish not to have sold on" collection (albeit replaced by an M2):  Bastille.  Some genuine Leica in the image though.

Leica R6, 50mm SummiluxR @f1,4; Delta 400 bathed in dying XTOL. Interesting results that I wanted to avoid achieving. Luckily, the previous rolls, significant for a commercial project, were not as affected and ok. Bottomline: XTOL dies at some point. And it does so rapidly. In my case, exactly half a year after mixing the solution with a time gap from ok to heavily exhausted in just two hours. Astonishing.

Almost a Lith - effect. But yes, not what one would expect from X-Tol.

A nice dramatic sky and beautiful matching colours. The column is, for my taste, almost too much enlighten in pp - but that is of course purely a matter of taste.

I like the pastel tones, and the composition drawing the viewer into the picture. It's not a prayer concerning a storm though :)
