philipus Posted January 31, 2018 Share #46702 Posted January 31, 2018 Probably only a tool would do that...But it's a very nice tool, in that case (and a good picture too) Question: why would someone step over Peter O'Toole to get to Will Smith? Hollywood, California 2016 Leica M6TTL, 50mm Summicron, Tri-X I really enjoyed this HK series, Steve. and a black-and-white Eastman XX ... will post some more tomorrow ...

Shlomo Posted January 31, 2018 Share #46704 Posted January 31, 2018 (edited) Went to NY for a few days for work. Had a bit of time to shoot some film. Nikon F3 and Leica M7. Agfavista 200 and kentmere. Very sweet - love the typical atmosphere and N.Y.C. - smell of Your images! Edited January 31, 2018 by Shlomo
Sparkassenkunde Posted January 31, 2018 Share #46705 Posted January 31, 2018 A mother consoles her child in a doctor's waiting room. Waiting room.jpg No record of what film, sorry... Wonderful picture. The strong contrast between the beautiful sari and the dreary background adds a lot of scenic power, while the softness in the mothers touch is almost palpable. It is a great pleasure to see a work like this here in this thread.
Sparkassenkunde Posted January 31, 2018 Share #46706 Posted January 31, 2018 and a black-and-white Eastman XX ... will post some more tomorrow ... While all the pictures in your HK series are very appealing, my favourite is the one of the hairdresser, not only for the interesting composition but also for this nice and punchy contrast, that suits the scene very well.
