The grain really adds to the dramatic effect. F6, 28/1.4, XP2, HC-110, X1 scan: Wallace by chrism229, on Flickr C. Calm and serene atmosphere. Love this shot, Chris. "Fiery" reflections of the illuminated mountains against the oily Dead Sea waters... Velvia 50 Hassy 503cw 80mm Planar Another very nice unusual angle, with lovely warm tones in the reflections. Great dead sea series Adam. I have been without internet access for the last couple of weeks and am just getting a chance to catch up on this thread now. Lots of excellent work as always! I still have a backlog of 25+ rolls to develop, and am starting to get through some of those. I just finally started developing photos from my spring trip through the Rockies, and will start posting those shortly. Until then, here's a landscape taken on a hiking trip last week. edwardkaraa Posted September 4, 2017 Share #39568 Posted September 4, 2017 Really nice series, Edward, with a lot of strong images. Unfortunately, they remind a little of Houston, Texas, right about now Thank you very much Adam. Indeed it's very sad what is happening in Texas right now. Nature can be very cruel from time to time.

Guest )-( Posted September 5, 2017 Share #39572 Posted September 5, 2017 (edited) Very nice, Edward. Popular Post philipus Posted September 5, 2017 Popular Post Share #39577 Posted September 5, 2017 From a very wet and overcast Bergen, Norway. One might think that this image has been desaturated and selectively saturated but apart from setting the black point this is pretty much the image that came out of the scanner.
