Wayne Posted July 28, 2017 Share #37102 Posted July 28, 2017 (edited) Finally figured out how to get a dog to look intently into the lens. You have to do something that interests them.........Like, put a pork rind behind your ear. Blondie has had a tough week; it was good to see her come over for a visit under the shade. image533269 by W P_, on Flickr OM2n, Zuiko 50mm 1.8, Acros 100 Edited July 28, 2017 by Wayne

gbealnz Posted July 28, 2017 Share #37104 Posted July 28, 2017 Love all the landscapes. You have one big advantage over us all there Gary. I've never seen anyone (yet) put a film camera on a drone. LOL, certainly not a Bronica ETRSi anyway. Gary

Dan Ryan Posted July 28, 2017 Share #37106 Posted July 28, 2017 Great color Dan , the blue of the sea is superb Nice reflection of sun on water ... i like the bird in the sky Best Henry thanks for the comments Henry - I'm not sure about the bird in the sky, it may be a piece of dust that was caught up in the scanning ;-)

Dan Ryan Posted July 28, 2017 Share #37108 Posted July 28, 2017 A little ballad in a hot place Pigalle of Paris .... exclusively in b&w , because of cloudy and rainy day Only few images in color Kodak TX400-Leica MP (a great camera) Summicron 35 Asph (also a great lens) Many bus coming from North Europa and East Europa Great choice in sex shops Image12pigkodtxmpcron35lfht+++1000.jpg Sex toys.... Guest )-( Posted July 28, 2017 Share #37109 Posted July 28, 2017 Thanks. It's scanned using a Pakon F135. I think this is where the 'sauce' comes from. If there were a 120 equivalent, I'd buy one of those too. It almost always nails the colours right from the scan. The Pakon is pretty much responsible for me giving up digital entirely, before i had it I held onto my M9 for family stuff.

The Pakon is pretty much responsible for me giving up digital entirely, before i had it I held onto my M9 for family stuff. Agreed about the Pakon. It has a blue filter permanently fixed behind the scanner lens. This takes away the guesswork for removing the orange mask with color negatives. Unfortunately it makes scanning b/w less than ideal and positive film impossible.
Guest )-( Posted July 28, 2017 Share #37111 Posted July 28, 2017 Thanks Edward, I didn't know that about the filter, it makes sense with the results. I only used it for b/w once and it gave harsh, high contrast results, my Plustek 120 fills in (very well) for b/w now.

christoph_d Posted July 28, 2017 Share #37120 Posted July 28, 2017 boston, ma 2017 m6ttl, 135mm elmar, tri-x Phil, Adding to the other comments I particularly like the perfect balance of grey tones in this picture - like a painting. And the sharpness / accuracy is, I believe, typical for this lens. Rgds Christoph PS: this thread is moving at the speed of light, it is almost impossible to keep up and comment on all that is comment-worthy... Luckily I manage at least to keep watching the contributions.
