A miller Posted February 12, 2017 Share #28172 Posted February 12, 2017 Cidade das Artes by JM__, on Flickr Tri-X Rolleiwide another nice one, Jean Marc. Do you think this might be suitable to more enhanced contrast and deeper blacks? Just a thought...

Just a thought... Sure Adam, it could be a suitable & nice choice, I just felt like in a milder contrast mood today, enjoying the MF details :-) Edited February 12, 2017 by JMF

mrckdavies Posted February 12, 2017 Share #28177 Posted February 12, 2017 (edited) very nice, Gary. Great colorsI agree. Here's my coastline last Friday lunchtime. Call it a lunchtime escape- never mind the weather I needed out! R9 & 28-70 in hand it had to be Aberavon Beach for pie and chips at Franco's and dash back to the office. So these shots from my 20 minute dash from the car and back. The other side of the coast is cornwall; on a good day it is really clear, but on Friday it just gave a strange bumpy horizon. Outside the fish and chip shop. And the view looking out from Franco's. Inside Franco's with nobody around I got served straight away - result! Some more dramatic light and back to work. And back to work. Sorry no food shots- I ate it before thinking! mrckdavies Posted February 12, 2017 Share #28180 Posted February 12, 2017 Nice, Christopher. Some of these are very Henry-esque :) Thanks Adam, I'll take that complement ;-). I'm busy scanning. Got a different section of our Neath canal walk and some B&W shot of the lake walk still to do. I think it will be mid week before I have done all of them. Love your snow shots too. The splashes of colour set the otherwise almost B&W scenes alive. Look forward to seeing some more when you're done. Regards Christopher
