Thank you Marc, cropping a bit is a good idea. I will play around with that.

In my view,  the photographer adds to the shot.  Capturing the silhouette as you did makes it more than just another fireworks shot.  Maybe crop a little off the top and bottom?

Dear Henry, I'm happy to see you back and also very sorry to hear of your troubles from which I hope the brilliant film photography in this thread offers some respite.

Wow! It's been many years since I've seen autumnal colours in the flesh. This (and Marc's recent series) takes me there.

Thanks, Eoin.

Some form of street art. Or is it only garbage? :)

Philip - I don't know if Steve Blitz will be able to hold on to his tongue on this one, as you haven't managed to capture a person anywhere expressing any type of emotion mood.  The school of thought aside, I think it is a fine photo with lovely autumn colors.  A lot about nothing but in a beautifully photographed manner :)

Coog nice contre-jour and color a little blur in background

You develop color now yourself ?

Good job

Henry

Thank you Henry (and great to have you back, sorry for the context of your absence.)

I do develop colour using a rotary processor. Unfortunately I can only source Tetenal 2.5 litre kits here in Australia as a liquid option - too big for my volumes and also inconsistent in supply from the vendor.

I've just purchased my first Unicolor C41 Powder kit (from Freestyle) and will hope that also works, saving my next 10 rolls of C-41 to find out. 1 litre (8-10 rolls) is a much more practical amount than the 30-40 rolls from a 2.5 litre kit.

Some more Tetenal-processed Ektar for now..

Coogee it's a good choice.

Color is nice and faithful

I use Paterson tank and I develop only one roll each time.

1 liter of Tetenal can develop 8 rolls of Kodak Portra or Ektar

Best
