I much agree with you wrt the compactness of the Vollenda 48. I got one about a year ago, and quite enjoy using it. Unfortunately mine is rather unsharp up to f8, and has recently developed a light leak :( … Also, the only film I could get at the time was a rather mysterious RERApan 400.

You manage to give a nice portrait of the Chicago Metro in two pictures (though to my layman’s eyes there seem to be no significant difference to the New York one?).
