Two of an old aunty. One at her home, her phoning the restaurant, the other one in the restaurant. Contax g1 with 45mm planar and a kodak film. Can’t remember which one, but I bought it as portra was out of stock. Don’t like the film though.

I really like the three-dimensional effect in this work! You make such wonderful things out of textures and colors :)

Thanks, James. Seems I'm invariably intrigued by the vocabulary of texture and color as the subject in film as you point out. Gerhard Richter's ohne farbe is also provocative and challenges thinking in black and white.

The Leica solution to artful crowd control. Applause, applause. You are never at a loss for humor, zigzagging the yellow brick road in monochrome. What a fruitful trip to Edinburgh.

Not just for the bird. Quick thinking and so 3D in the moment.

Keeping it light and airy, the ballet of your composition, bravo. Love the angles. What do you suppose Degas would do with this?

Thanks so much for comments and the tip-off to Wenders's film, which I just watched today thanks to you. He is truly a special talent.
