Limerstone Down (my destination) in the distance. Compton Bay is one of the best beaches in England IMO and suitably popular. However, if you arrive at about 5.30am you get the whole beach to yourself. The town of Freshwater Bay in the distance is just starting to catch the sun as it rises above the downs. Sublime color Ian In picture 1 : color of the grass , the hill and the shadow great composition and great color In picture 2 : color of sand , cliffs and sky are beautiful ... Leica M6 and Leica R6 with 21mm Super Angulon, 21mm Elmarit M, 28mm Elmarit M, 35mm Summicron M, 35mm Elmarit R and 50mm Summicron M. Film was Kodak TRI-X in D76 stock.
