Henry 2 great photographs. I am torn between this and the colour one. I like both equally for depth of tone and range of colours.

Hi, I subscrived at their newsletters and they announce it's ready now

Look at the picture of the team and impressive film rolls in background

That's Italian product

I'll purchase one and use it with my 2 Patterson tanks :)

Still shooting with my Oly Trip35.

This is HP5 souped in D76 straight.

I used a cable release and measured the distance to the camera with a laser tape measure (and tried not to lean up or back while I shot the photo!)

It's not deadly sharp but you get what you get.

The second image is me with my buddy Pancho the wonder Pug. He didn't want to pose.

SUPERB portrait and b&w picture RP

It's perfectly reproduced by film with "soft" lines and grains

We can see the pores of skin

question D76 pure or diluted ? how many minutes ?

Thanks

Thanks Doc!

It was straight D76 and I dev'd it for 9m-24s which is 25% more time than the baseline time. I usually need more contrast in my negs; I end up using a grade 4 to 5 filter a lot so I am trying to add developing time. I also agitated every 30s instead of every 1min.

Interesting and thought provoking still life, Wayne!

Thanks

Charles

Thanks for the comment. My initial thought on seeing it was that maybe the owner of the bike had a problem with remembering to close the door behind him when going outside to enjoy the freedom of the road. Assuming he can read, of course.

I like them. A bit on the hard and grainy side for my taste, but that adds to the character.

The highlights seem on the border of being blown, I suppose in the Print that's different?

Sharpness doesn't seem an issue on my mini ipad.

Nice to see what that little Olympus can do, and especially that it is still used.

Yeah...it did come out grainy but I'll find out when I print. The highlights do seem that way but I think that the print will be better than the scan. It's hard to make any sort of conclusion from a scan.

If I didn't have to get up and sit down between takes to wind the dang thing I could have leaned up and back to bracket my focus!

Thanks, Henry. Not sure what the transparency is - they are all in plastic mounts with no identification (and no, after nearly 33 years I can't remember!)
