You notice that the edge of poppy is not cutting like in digital but

"soft" and "thick" not thin (like in digital) > advantage film for poppy photography :)

Thanks Keith, Henry --

Hardly bad weather, just February :-)  We will wait a few days to see Adam's contribution from the storm ..... here is one more, looking into a furniture store window, the bright spots are mirrors.

Very nice reflection Steve and color

Thanks

Hi Theodor,

These were scanned at Panda Photo in Seattle when they were developed.  I scan my B&W on an Epson V500 but I don't develop color so just have it scanned at the shop.

Best regards,

Dave

Thank you Dave. I used to shoot Hasselblad (501 CM and 202FA ) Here is one from my early days of photography 501 CM (developed in my bathroom)31997214204_e943254360_b.jpgtar barrel by Theodor Kierdorf, auf Flickr Edited by vhfreund

I like this series a lot Chris and the pleasant not entirely gray scale tones really add to the atmosphere.

Dear all, some more pictures from the north. These are taken in northern Iceland. The waterfall is called Goðafoss (Fall of the gods), and the hot springs are quite a collection of sulphur smelling pools. Taken with a Zenza Bronica ETRC on Ilford Pan F 50, developed in HC110 1:79.

Cheers, Chris

Brilliant street shots Steve but the reflection one is my absolute favourite. You give Leiter a run for his money here, very good.

Thanks Keith, Henry --

Lovely series Henry, the bicycle on the last one puts the scale of the scenery into perspective.

Hi Theodor,

This was scanned on my Epson V 500.  Shot on the Hasselblad SWC with Fuji Acros 100 film developed in Kodak HC110 dilution H

Dave, this is really a wonderful picture. Chrome and silver surfaces are ideal subjects for b&W. Thank you for sharing !!!!

Love the airy nature of this and the colors.  Great use of the camera and film!

Thanks for the description, Christoph.  As a city person I was initially thinking a cow.  Nice photo :)

BEAUTIFUL series.  Very inspiring and I hope to be able to get the Iceland one day with my film.

Great stuff, Steve.  You really captured the mood and emotion.  I hope we get another storm this year (during the weekday) :)
