There's nothing special about this photograph, except it was the first one I took with an old Ihagee plate camera I found in my collection recently, I don't even remember where I got it.

Ihagee Ultra Duplex fitted with a Suydam 120 film back. Zeiss 10.5 cm lens. Ilford HP5

This is the camera

Using the camera was an experience, I need to develop a procedure to be sure I don't miss a step. I love the ability to shift the lens on it.

It does have one tiny light leak in the bellows, I will take care of that before I run another roll of film through it.

Dirk where do you get your film developed? I see you are in ZÜRICH and I'm too, Uster, but haven't been able to find anyone who does this any longer

I have just shot a single roll B&W with my "new M7" and am eager to see the results, before going back to the US.

Regards

Hi Preben,

the color films at Foto Ganz and the B&W I develop by myself but Foto Ganz can develop that as well for you.

Regards

Dirk

You bought a pair of Rollei's Dirk?

Beautiful cameras, we might have to get you into the SWC club next.

It's only a matter of time.

Gary

only the one on the right is mine. :-) The left one belongs to a friend of mine which repairs classic cameras. He has a lot of cameras :-)

Eoin...what camera are you using?  I have the 21SEM and use it with my digital M-P with the EVF; I have to guess, a lot, to frame with my M6.

They were on a M6 TTL. I've also used it on my Monochrom, but it is (I think) better suited to film).
