Very nice, Henry. Thank you for the vanishing lines, and the link to the MuCEM article. I'm heading to Marseilles in July / August, so shall put it on the to-do list.

And one last post, for now.

Received a new toy, and tried a new film. Shot a roll through it yesterday, very happy.

I'll leave the rest until the Plustech arrives.

Guest Benqui

wow, big league good, Marc.  This one deserves to be appreciated in a public setting...  Wow

Thanx a lot Adam! I am glad that you like it. Italian beaches are always a perfect place to take photos.

best regards

Marc

Right, back into it, slightly. I am waiting on a new (to me) Plustech scanner, but the processed film is annoying me, so I dug out the BEOON again, had to "scan" and post something.

In keeping with the Brit-In-Zurich fogmeister, I grabbed a couple of the neighbours a few days ago. Hopefully not too boring.

Excellent, Gary. Looking forward to you getting the Plustech, too.

Unless the Plustech is arriving in 5 minutes, please don't. Keep that BEOON cranking out the good stuff. We honestly don't mind if you scan again later...

LOL, I am THE most impatient sod on the internet, believe me.

It has been "coming" for a week now, it must be close.

I'll wait, I want to "compare" the BEOON to the Plustech scans, it will be interesting I reckon.

Gary , if I want to be frank, I find that the scan by Beoon is not beautiful, technically speaking

not the photo :)  there is something.... it is ultimately 100% digital. The better is the enlarger

on photographic paper, for the quality of the negative

.... except the last pictures that you posted (very superb horses in b&w) but those before ,

post production changed ?
Regards

H.

Can't argue with you Henry, but surely any form of scanning is also digital?

BEOON with Fuji is for sure digital. And yes a wet print is the ultimate, but how do i show you without involving some form of digital intervention?
