EoinC Posted March 26, 2016 Share #12901 Posted March 26, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Few more from last weekends hunt, GW690 Foma 400... That last shot is particularly good, Gary, with the blurring of the hooves bringing it alive.

EoinC Posted March 26, 2016 Share #12903 Posted March 26, 2016 I usually don't shoot flowers but occasionally they end up on a roll. 203FE 80/2.8 Portra 160 at EI80 (wet mount) That's stunning, Philip. The colours look very accurate, at least based on the same flowers we have over here in Singapore.
EoinC Posted March 26, 2016 Share #12904 Posted March 26, 2016 (edited) "Near Union Station, Seattle" Nice shot, Dave. The warmth of the sunlight shows through, if that makes any sense. Edited March 26, 2016 by EoinC

philipus Posted March 26, 2016 Share #12906 Posted March 26, 2016 Thank you Eoin. I did have some difficulty with the colour and I am not sure it is entirely right but at a certain point I gave up. It's the green that looks a bit odd I think. And congratulations on the 503. The Hasselblads are a true joy to use. Looking forward to seeing the results br Philip That's stunning, Philip. The colours look very accurate, at least based on the same flowers we have over here in Singapore. I'm going to illicitly sneak in another digital shot, offering a defense that it's about film, rather than is film. Here is the reason for the recent stock-up of 120 films... a002 by Eoin Christie, on Flickr I received it this morning, and promptly went and fired off a roll each of Tri-X, FP4, Delta 100, Neopan Acros 100, and Pan F. Lucky I only carried that with me, or I'd still be out there. It was such an enjoyable experience! I was shooting in the same area as most of my other recent excursions, and wanted to see how it was perceived in comparison with the unobtrusive M6. I was really impressed - People looked, but it seemed to be more out of interest than out of defensiveness. Wading around in the magnificent Finder was a true joy - It was like directing a little movie, and thoroughly immersive. I think I'd be happy going out shooting this without any film - Which, judging by how fast I'm rattling through it, may soon be my only option...
